How does shipping work?
Flat rate shipping for the contiguous United States will be calculated at check out. These shipping rates do not reflect available discounts for multiple item orders, please inquire. We ship all over the world, international shipping rates can be quoted. Smaller items ship via FedEx ground, larger items ship via freight. Freight delivery is technically curbside. Crated furniture will be lowered off of the truck via a lift gate, the purchaser is responsible for bringing items inside. Once your freight delivery date is near, a representative from the shipping company will call to arrange a delivery window. Our beds ship disassembled, the components are individually wrapped. Most other items ship assembled.
What’s your return policy?
If you aren’t happy with your purchase, let us know within 10 days of receipt. Stocked items qualify for a refund, made to order items can be exchanged for a merchandise credit. To receive refund / merchandise credit, the returned product must arrive at our warehouse in original condition. Please keep all original packaging to ensure it will ship without incurring damage. All returns must be authorized by Miles &May prior to return shipping. For reasons other than damage or defect a 10% restocking fee as well as outbound and return shipping fees will be deducted from your final refund / merchandise credit.
